Very impressive marketing and images have been released to the market in recent months for the proposed redevelopment of the old Union Hotel site on the corner of Donnison Streets and Mann Street Gosford, just up the road from the large Work Cover building.
The marketing depicts a very high end architect styled high rise building which will include ground floor retail/restaurants, world class spa and wellness centre, 5 star hotel resort style pools and gymnasium.
According the Daily telegraph, the $400 million development will have two towers being 25 and 26 storeys high, with construction expected to begin in April 2020 and take around 28 months.
