For a Strata development, each lot is given a unit entitlement which is shown on the strata plan. The amount of the unit entitlement varies depending the assessed market valuation of each lot on completion.
Valuation for Unit Entitlements for Budgets
Unit entitlements regulate what proportion of the total annual budgeted levies will be paid by each lot owner.
Central Coast Property Advisory Service will assess the market value each unit in the development to calculate the unit entitlement attributable in the most equitable manner and complete the Strata Plan Administration Sheet in the format required by the surveyor and New South Wales Land Titles Office.
