David Melverton is a highly experienced Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and Director of Central Coast Property Advisory Service, a valuation firm he founded, which now operates a team of valuers delivering high-quality property valuations.

With more than 26 years of specialised expertise in property valuation, David has built a distinguished career focusing on both residential and commercial sectors. His work primarily supports mortgage lending purposes, as well as private individuals, companies, and a wide range of advisory needs. He possesses in-depth, localised knowledge of key New South Wales markets, including the Central Coast (Gosford City and Wyong Shire regions), Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, and greater Sydney areas.

David’s valuation experience spans residential, prestige, commercial, industrial, and retail assets. This foundation in local market dynamics has informed his national leadership role with Valuation Partners, where he continues to provide expert insight and strategic oversight.

As a long-standing member of the Australian Property Institute (API) — holding Associate status (AAPI) — David upholds the highest professional standards in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics) from the University of Western Sydney (now Western Sydney University).
