Valuers have been marching through the “Elsysium” complex in their droves at Terrigal in recent weeks due to its imminent completion, with buyers of “off the plan” sales from the developer in late 2017 getting ready to settle and take ownership of their units.
The executive styled complex comprises 63 units and features a large central swimming pool, extensive landscaping and large underground parking area.
The standard 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units without views sold in the high $700,000s to low $800,000s range back in late 2017 and appear to have held there value in an easing market.
